This class is designed to help you move with more ease and finesse by improving range of motion and functional movements of your joints. Utilizing various mobility techniques through controlled movements, you will enhance your body’s ability to move efficiently in the activities that you’re already doing. The class is designed to increase joint stability while improving muscle flexibility, ultimately leading to better posture, athletic performance, and injury prevention. This class will include standing, balancing, and floor exercises. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
