Postnatal Fitness

Babies come too! Postnatal fitness focuses on rebuilding the core to improve diastasis and strengthen a weakened pelvic floor. It also works on opening the tight muscles in the upper body that develop with feeding and carrying young children.Specific core training is extremely important to regain the strength and integrity of your core after pregnancy. This class will lead you in a safe effective way to work your whole body with our certifed postnatal instructor. Mom must be 6 weeks post partum and cleared to exercise by a doctor.
