Beginner level individuals will be grouped together to form a co-ed team. Team format is 6/4 (male/female). Players must supply their own personal softball equipment. Team equipment will be provided. This Beginner “Just for Fun” division is ideal for players just starting out with slo-pitch, those playing casually, or groups with limited softball experience who are mainly interested in enjoying themselves and socializing. It focuses on learning fundamentals, teamwork, and enjoyment in a relaxed, social setting. The emphasis is on fun, skill development, and camaraderie rather than competition, with players aiming for ball contact instead of power hitting. Fielding and base-running skills vary, and errors are common, contributing to a low-stress, friendly environment. 1 home run limit per game.
