With Vegetable Bolognese Sauce and Cashew Ricotta & Wilted Spinach In this workshop we will learn to make a classic Italian Bolognese sauce -entirely plant-based- and a cashew Ricotta from scratch. Once you have the two main sauces, the rest is easy –peasy…We will be making pesto, wilting spinach and layering the favorite casserole with oven-ready pasta sheets… It is lasagna night! We will learn to identify protein in a plant-based menu and options to add more protein in side dishes. As a community we will prepare, eat and clean up together.
