Ohio Buckeye Tree

With its smaller size and dense crown the Ohio Buckeye is suitable for smaller sites that may not fit one of our larger trees. The name of the buckeye comes from its small dark brown nut that can resemble the eye of a dear. Shape is broadly oval to rounded. Foliage is dark green and turns yellow to orange-red in the fall.
